  1. How do I return/replace the order I have placed?

You can return or exchange your order within 30 days of its delivery. Please do follow the following steps to return your order easily:

Contact us via the contact page and from there mail us or call us. Here are the guidelines for the mail of the return order.

  1. The order id should be in the subject
  2. Please explain the issue with the product.
  3. Attach the images of the product and invoice of the order that you received

Once the return request is placed by you, we will make sure that it will be processed on priority.

  1. How do I cancel the order that I have placed?

You can cancel the order from My account and then click on orders. From there you will get the option of the cancel order.

Note: You have to cancel the order within 24 hours of order placed. Otherwise cancellation will not be allowed.

  1. Under what conditions can I return/replace my krlingvine product?
  2. Wrong product delivered
  3. Expired product delivered
  4. Damaged product delivered – Physical damage/ tampered product or packaging
  5. What are the items/services that cannot be returned or exchanged?
  6. For reasons including hygiene, we do not accept the return of briefs, panties, or shapewear panties, or an opened box of a multi-piece set that includes panties.
  7. Cash cannot be claimed against gift cards and gift wraps.
  8. No item that has been sold as part of a multipack can be returned as an individual item.
  9. Certain sale events or offers will not be covered under our standard return/exchange policies. Their terms will be defined and mentioned separately.
  10. Once we receive a returned parcel, we reserve the right to refuse the return of items that show visible signs of having been worn, washed or soiled, or are incomplete.
  11. The gift items received by you cannot be exchanged.

 

  1. Under what conditions return request will not be processed for the krlingvine products?
  2. Opened/ used/ altered products.
  3. Original packaging (carton, invoice, labels, etc.) missing.
  4. The return or exchange request is generated after 15 days from the date of delivery.

Note: If the product is delivered broken you have to generate the return request the same day.

  1. Who will bear the cost of the returning product?

We can only refund the product cost for returning an item where:

 

  • we sent you the wrong item, or
  • the item is damaged or faulty; or
  • where you are returning a substitute or replacement item which you do not want to keep.
  • We will not refund for items found to be in good working order. Costs of the item back to you will depend on the item and will be communicated to you after the testing process has been completed.
  1. Considering the intimate nature of our merchandise and hygienic standards of certain product(s), we regret that it is not possible for us to accept returns on the following product(s):

  1. How much time it will take for the exchange or issuing of the refund?

All exchange/refund will be processed as soon as we will receive the original product(s) back in our warehouse. Once we received the product it will go through the testing processed and it will take a minimum of 4 to 7 working days to process any exchange /refund.

  1. How is the value of the refunded amount calculated?

In case of free delivery, the value of the refunded amount will be equal to the final amount paid by you (after discounts) at the time of purchase.

Otherwise buyer have to pay the shipping charges of the returned item.

If you received any of the gift items with your order, please return them as well for full refund. Should you choose to keep the gift items, a nominal charge per gift item will be deducted from the refund amount. This deductible amount will be mentioned on your invoice.

Will I get complete refund against my order?

If you return/cancel an order, the paid price of the product (including the tax collected) will be refunded back to you. However, shipping charges are non-refundable and hence shall not be refunded.
